I am a theoretical physicist with broad interests that include quantum gravity, gauge theories, condensed matter physics, and quantum information.   Currently I am studying the appearance of information-theoretic codes in quantum fields and quantum gravity, and the role played by these codes in various holographic systems. 

I am also exploring realizations of time crystals - which Frank Wilczek and I proposed in 2012 - in condensed matter systems and cosmology.
