As an astrophysicist, I would like to understand the physical processes that shape the interstellar medium (ISM), control star formation and clustering, and regulate galaxy evolution. To do this, I use JWST, ALMA, and other state-of-the-art telescopes to probe the multi-phase ISM and stellar populations across galaxies. These are key parts of ongoing research efforts in several international collaborations, including PHANGS and MAUVE.
