Midterm Make-up Examinations

Make-up midterm examinations are available only to students whose university-recognized excused absence has been approved. Each make-up examination will be held on the Monday following the regularly scheduled midterm between noon and 6: p.m. in JSB 203.

After an excused absence is approved, the student will receive a private make-up registration form and must select one of the following 75-minute start times: noon, 1:30  p.m., 3 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. Registration closes at 5 p.m. on the Friday before the make-up examination. Completing the registration form does not constitute approval of an excused absence and does not replace the required PHY 231 Student Request Form.
