Research Intersets:

My research interest is in studying charge transport in organic semiconductors. I am using analytical models to explain charge transport and predict electrical properties like electrical mobility, electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient of these materials. My research also includes fabricating and characterizing OPV and Hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells devices for testing and EQE, OFET and OECT devices for testing mobility and controlling charge carrier concentration and thermoelectric devices for testing Seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity. My expertise in thin film characterization are XPS, UPS, IPES and AFM.
